Lukas Vasilikos was born in 1975 in Heraklion, Crete. He lives and works in Athens, since 1996. In 2006, he embarked on photography, initially, as a means of observing and recording the human element in the urban environment. Later on, his work expanded to explore the fear of loss. He is member of the international online photography collective Burn My Eye.
